Communication Training

This workshop focuses on the different filters of communication and how to recognize those in others. When we think about communication, often times we think only about the words we say (or think). In reality, words are such a small part of the overall communication process. In this workshop we explore how learning to leverage the other facets of communication will improve your effectiveness as a communicator.

Behavioral Assessments & Training

In this workshop, participants will receive a DiSC Behaviors & Motivators Assessment. This assessment illustrates HOW we do what we do and WHAT drives us to do what we do. Each letter of DiSC stands for a part of our personality. Think of each of these letters as a language specific to each individual. Once you understand the language someone speaks, you will be able to communicate and influence more effectively. Each participant receives a full length 50+ page report about themselves!

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to your neurology; Linguistic refers to language; programming refers to how that neural language functions. In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind! This amazing set of tools is based on the discovery that by changing how and what you think, you can dramatically transform the results you create in your life. NLP will assist you to develop and maintain a high level of motivation for achieving your goals and unlimited success. This training is delivered in either a one full day format or 2-3 smaller consecutive workshops.

Coaching Skillset (Ignite Your Inner Leader)

This is a multi- day training called Ignite Your Inner Leader. When you look at any successful leader, what do you see? Confidence. Competence. Charisma. They're engaged in all aspects of their work and life, communicating and inspiring others as they lead by example. These are skills and traits anyone can possess. Ignite your inner leader to learn how to best leverage them!

Ignite your inner leader is an immersive, 3 day personal development course designed to tap into your current existing leadership skillsets. Educated amongst a group of your peers, you will have a support system and team by your side every step of the way, helping you expand upon your current leadership potential. Additionally, you will leave this immersion training with the ability to not only coach and lead yourself, but also the ability to instantly begin coaching and leading others! As a result, you will notice an increase in productivity in both your personal and professional life.

Additionally, you will leave this weekend with the ability to not only coach and lead yourself, but also the ability to instantly begin coaching and leading others! After you have attended Ignite Your Inner Leader, you will continue your journey with a 6-12 month certification program.
