Ignite Your Light Coaching by Ignite Leadership360 offers anyone interested in seeing if life coaching is right for them a free 75-minue session. The session includes a solid hour of personal coaching from one of our Ignite Coaches, plus 15 minutes to discuss the different programs or packages. Complimentary sessions can be in person in one of our Delaware office or via Zoom.

How should I prepare for my life coaching sessions?
First and foremost, we ask that you be open to the process. Life coaching will challenge what you believe about yourself and about the world. You must be open to considering and accepting new ideas and new ways of thinking.
Feel free to identify areas of life you'd like to focus on or goals you'd like to achieve. However, don't feel like you have to. Even if you just know something's got to give, and you're not sure what, we'll work together to identify focus areas. ​

​Can a life coach help me with a specific short-term goal?
Yes. While most people work with a life coach to improve their overall life, a coach can also help you achieve a specific objective. We'll help you identify what internal thoughts or behaviors may be getting in the way of your success and identify how you can best proceed.

These next two sessions are dedicated to becoming crystal clear on how you want to life your best life. We craft your vision of who you are, how you feel and what you want to achieve. This powerful step is what will pull you forward as you make sustainable changes in life.

Now that we have completed the previous steps, it is time to focus on action! This part is about identifying specifically what it is you will do to remain consistent with your authentic self. We create a plan together for you to continue your personal growth. In addition, we strengthen the tools that you have learned and will continue to use once you have completed your sessions.
