Dominance (D): Individuals who score high in Dominance are often seen as assertive, direct, and bold. They are results-oriented and prefer to lead rather than follow. Steadiness (S): Individuals who exhibit high Steadiness are generally cooperative, dependable, and stable. They are patient, good listeners, and team players who work well in a consistent and predictable environment. They value harmony and are very supportive of others.
