47 million people experience some level of food insecurity in the U.S. every year. Behind that number are children, parents, seniors, veterans, and neighbors who don’t know where their next meal will come from.

This August through November, the Ignite Firewalk Foundation, Ignite Leadership360 and the Embrace Women's Business Network, in partnership with Saladworks of Middletown and Dover, are launching the Women Igniting Hope, One Meal at a Time campaign to help Delaware families with food insecurities.

Our goal is to raise enough to provide meals for Delaware families this November, just in time for the holiday season. Saladworks is generously preparing each individual sandwich lunch packs at cost, allowing every dollar donated to go even further and maximize the number of families we can serve.

To ensure these meals reach those who need them most, the organization Forget Me Not Families will identify local families experiencing food insecurity and distribute the meal packs throughout Delaware this November.
