Meet Kiera Smale
Kiera Smale founded the Embrace Women’s Business Network in 2021 as an extension of Ignite Leadership 360, the premier coaching and leadership certification company serving Delaware, the Mid-Atlantic, and rapidly expanding virtually across the United States. Ignite Leadership 360 delivers state-of-the-art coaching strategies, dynamic leadership development, and transformational empowerment seminars, including breakthrough experiences such as glasswalking and firewalking. With over 30 years of coaching experience and expertise as a Life and Business Coach, DiSC Assessment Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic (NLP) Practitioner, and Master Firewalking Instructor, Kiera and her team are committed to helping leaders unlock their full potential and truly experience the difference with Ignite Leadership 360.
